I have become totally obsessed with purple eyeshadow, and I love makeup looks inspired by peacock feathers.  The combination of colors that this exotic bird displays are some of the most rare and beautiful in the world.  I have recently been on the hunt for the perfect combinations of purples, greens, and blues needed to pull this look off and I think I have finally found them.  I hope you enjoy.

Sexy, Sultry Electric Blue Eyeshadow

I am currently obsessed with blue eyeshadow, and over the last few months have purchased numerous shades from MAC, Wet & Wild, and Milani.  Some would consider blue eyeshadow outdated or even tacky, but au contraire.  Blue is back baby!

My Natural Everyday Makeup Look

I’ve finally taken the time to take some pictures of one of my favorite and most used makeup looks.  I will be posting different looks as time goes on, but I wanted to start of with an everyday look that can be worn to school, work, or while out running errands.

I think it essential for every IT Girl to develop her own everyday makeup routine so that she may step out of the house looking polished and fabolous with very little effort.  For me, this whole routine takes less then 15 minutes.

  • Make Up Forever Full Cover-#18: Applied to any dark marks or skin imperfections
  • Make Up Forever HD High Definition Powder:Lightly brushed over entire face to create an even, natural finish.
  • MAC Select Cover-Up-NW40: Used to highlight the under eye area, and brow bone
